“Thank you a thousand times, and I am astounded. My husband did not tell me ‘It’s martini time.’ He said, ‘you have a smile of a Hollywood actress!!’ Even better! If you remember, the ‘nuns’ can say their ‘little devil’ is now an ‘artiste’ on my behalf, as all your efforts in the end are for my benefit. A big Thank You!” — Diane
“I have been wanting to thank you for the beautiful dental work that you completed for me. You have no idea how much I will be forever grateful to you for the time and attention to detail that you so generously spent on me. You made my smile just perfect and you are a true artist in what you do. As you know, I had gone through cancer treatments and was at a very low ebb in life at the time. The kindness I received from you and your office staff gave me hope that I would see brighter days. I actually enjoyed going to your office because of the special compassionate care that I received from each and every one of you. It is rare to find a dentist with your talent and a dental office that is so warm and friendly. You were so patient with me and I really appreciate that. When we go through dark times in life, we remember the people who make a huge difference in our lives. You are one of them. Having a beautiful smile is priceless and you made that possible for me. Thank you so much.” — Joan
“I wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the kind treatment that I have received from you and your staff. As you know, my husband is a dentist, but he can no longer practice dentistry due to problems with his hands. We have been through some difficult economic times due to the disability. Over the past few years, I have had problems with my teeth from decay and a bad ‘bite.’ My front teeth began breaking down, and I had to have two teeth removed that were in my smile line. This caused embarrassment for me and for my husband, and I was very reluctant to smile or to laugh out loud due to the appearance. My teeth have also always been a dark color, as I had very thin enamel. My self-esteem was affected, and I was uncomfortable trying to carry on a normal conversation because I was afraid of what people would think of my smile. It was one of those things that you try to dismiss as a necessity, but it was always on my mind. I am also dental phobic, and it took me years to be comfortable even having my husband treat my teeth.
“Then came you and your staff. You were very patient with me as you evaluated and discussed the options. You took impressions and made models of my teeth before we even got started with treatment so I understood and could picture what it would be like to have my smile back. I began to believe that this could really happen for me. You were very patient with me during the treatment phase of the process. You are the only person (other than my husband) who can give an almost pain-free injection. I know from my husband that this is largely a result of patience and willingness to take the time to do it right. I never felt rushed while I was in your office, and was always treated with loving kindness from you and all of your support staff.
“When the day finally came for cementation, I was amazed. My teeth had also always been too small, and did not have the proper anatomy, but the crowns you placed were perfect! I had a textbook smile, and the color, which I had been afraid would be too light, was ideal. I can now smile in public, and do not have to worry about what people think of me, the wife of a dentist with a broken-down smile. The work that you did was so natural that I would receive comments that I looked younger, or that I may have changed my hair, but when I told people that I had my teeth fixed, they all wanted to know where, and I have not been shy in telling them. If you have patients who are on the edge about whether or not to have a full-mouth reconstruction such as mine, please feel free to have them call me, and I will tell them the story of my transformation. Dr. Ouellette, we were truly blessed by God to have been placed in your path, and my husband and I could not be more impressed or grateful for all that you have done.” — Lori
“Just wanted to tell you how thrilled I am with your expertise with partials. I was able to lose 50 pounds. Yes! I can eat raw veggies and fruit again. It is so nice to be able to chew! I think you and your staff are terrific! Thanks.” — Cary
“Thanks for taking such great care of Doug. He’s a handful! We really appreciate everything. You guys are the best!” — Lauri
“I wish there were a better word than ‘THANKS’ to express my appreciation for fixing my two front teeth and giving me such an early appointment in a short time. You did such a wonderful job. I walked out of your office on Cloud Nine. I appreciate it more than I can say. May God bless you, family, and office help.” — Marie
“Thanks for your great effort…. My pictures speak a thousand words since your treatment.... You are truly a magician!” — Ludwig
“Thank you so very much for a VERY COMPLICATED dental procedure that turned out perfectly. Merci beaucoup!” — Margo
“Thank you for my birthday card. My 86th birthday was a memorable one. I have been blessed (all except teeth troubles!) but thanks to you and your staff I may be able to take the ones left with me.” — Norma
“May I express my gratitude and thanks for the quick attention and personal service in fixing today my dental problem.” — Nando
“A small gift with my sincere appreciation for your tender, loving care these many months.” — Peggy
“It was very nice to hear compliments from my friends about all the fine work you had done in replacing all those old silver fillings with new gold crowns/porcelain covered. I’m very pleased at the wonderful aesthetic quality of great-looking teeth now. Your fine staff is always so professional, kind, and caring! But most of all, your respect for the patient’s time is well-received. So many doctors’ offices keep patients waiting, even over an hour! That is so debilitating to the doctor/patient relationship. Jim and I admired your ‘techniques of success’ over the years. We remembered your strong determination in your early years. You've reached your goals with Blue Ribbons!” — Teresa
“To the Greatest Dental Office in the USA and probably the World! You changed my ‘hate’ for a dentist. You all made my bad days tolerable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I miss you. When I return to Palm Beach I will see you soon.” — Lauriene
“I just wanted to tell you again that my teeth feel great! Seriously — thanks so much for the rescue, and for starting me on this work in progress. Sorry, I missed your call; thanks for your concern. That seems to be rare these days. My extraction healed nicely, and, as for the tooth you rebuilt, I feel as though I could masticate a truck!” — Yvonne
“The human body is capable of adapting to many changes. Sometimes this adaptive behavior is not a good thing. My mouth had adapted over the years to chewing on only one side. This created a variety of problems that I took for granted since it happened so slowly. Your recent treatments in which one long wisdom tooth was removed and other teeth were ablated to cause them to meet evenly has had many positive results. I now chew evenly on both sides of the mouth. I no longer clench my jaw muscles. I sleep better. My food is chewed up more, resulting in better digestion. I have fewer headaches. In total my mouth now feels and works normally. The results are amazing and well worth any cost. Thanks for making me aware of the problem and for correcting it. Your care and concern for your patients is a tribute to you and your staff.” — Max
“Never called an office and was treated so nicely. Never met such nice people.” — Cathy
